Return Policy

At TAN & CO, we pride ourselves on the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. In such cases, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy to ensure your shopping experience with us is always pleasant. Please read the following terms carefully:

1. Return and Refund Period

Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
If the return is requested within the established 30-day period, the customer must handle the return properly and promptly. If the customer is negligent in sending the return, for example, by not sending the return within a reasonable period after approval of the request, the customer may be excluded from a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for return or refund, products must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as when they were received;

  • Be in the original packaging with all labels, tags, and seals intact;

  • Be accompanied by the original order receipt or proof of purchase;
    Opened or used products cannot be refunded. Products purchased as part of promotions such as "volume discount" or "buy 2 get 1 free" cannot be returned individually!

3. Request for Refund

To initiate a return or refund, please contact our customer service at info@tan-co.com and provide the following details:

  • First and last name

  • Order number

  • Purchase date

  • Reason for return

  • Photo of the product (if damaged or defective)

Our team will assess your request and respond within 48 hours with more information.
Return shipping costs* are the responsibility of the customer.
*Since we do not have our own stock, returns must be sent to our manufacturer (often in Asia). The return address may vary depending on the item.

Refund

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund has been approved or declined. If the refund is approved, it will be processed within a maximum of 5 business days, and the amount will be automatically refunded to the original payment method.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

Financial institutions often require some time to process the refund (typically between 2 and 3 days). If you have not received a refund after this period, please email info@tan-co.com so we can further investigate.

Responsibility for Returning Items

When returning an item, the customer is responsible for the shipping. We can only process a refund after receiving the returned item. To qualify for a refund, the customer must provide a valid tracking number showing that the return has been delivered. If the return does not arrive for any reason, the customer is responsible, and we cannot guarantee the refund.
