Shipping Policy

TAN & CO works with various carriers and manufacturers (from the EU and Asia), allowing us to ship directly to you and proudly offer a fixed shipping rate. The order and all payments are reviewed and approved for shipment. It may take up to 36 hours for the package to be shipped. To combat credit card fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or those requiring additional verification may be delayed and/or canceled.

Shipping Process

On average, it takes 1-2 business days to process the order and ship it to our manufacturer. During holidays, this may extend to 5 business days, or if the order contains highly requested items that are out of stock.
Once the order has been processed, we can no longer make changes (including address changes). We only ship to the address provided at payment.
We only ship on weekdays, not on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.
For multiple orders, the products may be shipped separately and received on different dates due to the different locations of our production partners.

Tracking

All orders are processed with tracking numbers. You will receive an email with the tracking number once your order has been shipped by the manufacturer.
For certain reasons, it may take a few days for the tracking information to update in the system. If the order was placed more than 5 business days ago and no tracking information is available, please contact us.

Deliveries

Delivery times vary by country or region. Specific delivery dates are not provided or guaranteed; the following dates are estimates. The standard delivery time is 5 to 10 days. For Express delivery, our insured and priority shipping option that is processed faster and offers immediate reimbursement in case of loss, the estimated delivery time is 4-8 days. The cost for Express delivery is €2.95.
The days mentioned above are only estimates in business days and exclude our processing time of 1-2 business days.
Although we strive to ensure that your order is delivered on time, TAN & CO cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control, such as required postal or customs procedures, holidays, bad weather conditions, union disputes, protests, etc. These disruptions can cause delays that exceed our original delivery estimates.

Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages

If your package has not been delivered but tracking indicates that it was delivered, please contact us by sending an email with the subject: “Product not received {order number}” to info@tan-co.com. We will then work with our manufacturer to find an appropriate solution.

Exclusion of Liability for Incorrect Address and Uncollected Package

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct before placing an order. The order is processed immediately, making it impossible to change once it has been processed. If the order has already been processed by our shipping department, we will not be able to retrieve it to change the address.
If an order cannot be delivered due to address errors or if it is not collected from a pickup point, the order will automatically be returned to one of our warehouses abroad. Once the order arrives at our warehouse, we will update the address or make other necessary changes. We will then resend the order to the consumer. This process typically takes 6 to 30 days.
It is important to note that the customer cannot cancel the order during this phase of the process. Once the order has been returned, you will receive an update with the new shipping information. We strive to provide the best possible service and ensure that your order reaches the correct destination.
